Manage your subscription plan with Next Identity
In this guide, we will show you how to update to a paid subscription or change your existing paid subscription.
Please Note: All newly registered accounts in Next Identity are eligible for a 30-day free trail. When you log in to the console, you will see how many days of your free trial remain with a link to upgrade to a paid subscription.
Accessing your Subscription Plan in the Next Identity Console
To manage your subscription:
Navigate to the company name that appears at the top right of your screen in the next identity console, click on that and you should see options for Settings or Invite Members, choose Settings.
Please Note: You must be an admin or have proper permissions in order to manage settings or billing information, if you do not see this option you may not have the correct role to be allowed to do so.
This will open a modal with information about your workspace, it should include General and Billing, select Billing.
This will display information about your current subscription, with buttons that will redirect you to our payment partner, Stripe, to manage your account. Click Manage Subscription.
On this page from Stripe, you will see details about previous invoices, your current plan, and your billing information. If you are still in the free trial mode, enter your billing information (credit card details) to ensure that your service is not interrupted when your free trial ends.
