Invite users to console
Inviting users to the Next Identity Console allows your team to help manage clients, secrets, and other platform features. This quick guide walks you through the essential steps to invite a team member.
How to Invite a User
Log in to the Next Identity Console.
Click the “+” icon in the Invite Your Team card
—or—
Go to Settings > Manage Users.Fill in the user’s name and email.
Choose a platform view:
Application Management or Service Management (available only in Pro and Enterprise license).Assign a role (e.g., Viewer, Application Manager).
Select the scope (Organization, Property, or Client).
Choose the environment you want to give permission to this new user.
Review and click Save. The user will receive an activation email.
