Edited

Problem

Users may encounter the following error message during login:
"We are unable to process your request right now. Please try again later."

Cause

This error typically occurs when the Redirect URI used in the request is not included in the allowlisted URLs associated with the client.

Fix or Workaround

To resolve this issue, verify that the Redirect URI is included in the allowlist:

Steps:

  1. Log in to the Next Identity Console.

  2. Navigate to the Client Details page for the relevant client.

  3. In the Configure your client section, locate the Allow redirect URI list component.

  4. If the URI is not listed, select the edit button (pencil icon).

  5. In the modal that opens, enter the new Redirect URI and select Next.

  6. Optionally, add a comment for audit purposes.

  7. Select Save to apply your changes.

When to Contact Support

If the issue persists after completing the steps above, contact the Next Identity support team with the following details:

  • Client ID and Client Name

  • Environment (DEV, UAT, or PROD)

  • Redirect URI being added

  • Screenshot of the error message (if available)
