Customize Profile Update

Edited

Overview

The Profile Update Journey — also known as the Edit Profile feature — allows Application Managers to configure which user actions are available in the Edit Profile feature, such as editing personal information, managing security settings, and account-related updates.

Unlike other journeys, the Profile Update journey does not have a flowchart. Instead, it opens directly to the advanced settings page, where you can configure the available options and immediately preview the result.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Next Identity Console

  • Appropriate permissions to view or edit journeys

  • Edit access must be performed in the lowest environment (e.g., Development)

The User Journeys component is only visible to users with the necessary roles. Depending on your permissions, you may be able to view the configuration but not edit it.

  • Sign Out of All Devices – Enables users to end active sessions on all devices.
